Leadership

Leadership, to me, is about making things possible through people. Every project I’ve taken part in has shown me that coordination, trust, and empathy matter as much as ideas themselves. These experiences helped me grow from a contributor into someone who can connect, guide, and motivate.

2020 – Present
Vice President, Lioncare Project

The Lionheart Society

  • Coordinated free medical check-ups and nutrition classes for children in rural areas.

  • Worked with local doctors and volunteers to provide healthcare access and basic education.

  • Helped award scholarship grants for underprivileged students.

True leadership is quiet. It’s found in care, in showing up, and in helping others stand taller.

My journey with the Lionheart Society began as a volunteer but went on as a reward. As Vice President, I learned how to organize community health programs and mobilize people toward a shared cause. The work taught me that leadership isn’t about being in charge, yet it’s about taking care of the people you’re responsible for.

Shrewsbury International School Bangkok

Malala House Captain

  • Selected as one of six house captains across the school.

  • Organized house assemblies and year-long competitions for over 200 students.

  • Led a cheer squad of 51 students to a school-wide victory.

Leadership, at its best, is less about control and more about creating belonging.

Becoming a Malala House Captain taught me the sense of leadership; sometimes one leads by planning, sometimes by listening. My favorite moments weren’t the victories themselves, but seeing team’s bonds.

President

Teens Empower
Youth Leadership Initiative (Clayworks Franchise Network)

  • Developed youth-led programs that connect creativity with real-world problem solving.

  • Designed workshops and mentorship projects for 100+ students nationwide.

  • Encouraged collaboration between schools to expand peer learning opportunities.

Good leadership doesn’t just lead-it makes other people feel capable of leading too.

When I founded Teens Empower, I wanted to create a space where students could experiment with ideas and learn through action. What began as small design-thinking sessions evolved into national workshops that instilled a sense to cultivate thoughts for young people.

2021 – Present
Performance Arts & Student Organization

Shrewsbury Dance Team
Co-Founder & Choreographer

  • Co-founded the school’s first student-run dance team.

  • Organized auditions, training sessions, and performances for annual celebrations.

  • Managed choreography for large-scale school events, including Christmas and New Year showcases.”

Movement can lead just as words can-it unites people through rhythm, courage, and joy.

Founding the Shrewsbury Dance Team was my way of combining creativity with teamwork. The process was messy-late rehearsals, nerves, mistakes-but it was real. I learned how to motivate through encouragement instead of instruction, and how art can build community just as effectively as words.

2022 – Present
Co-founder | Environmental Innovation Initiative

EcoPinet

  • Co-founded an initiative turning pineapple leaf waste into seed-embedded paper packaging.

  • Repurposed over 260 kg of agricultural waste while training local farmers in sustainable production.

  • Presented the project at Bangkok Climate Action Week and featured in Green Interviews.”

Leadership is innovation with a conscience – the courage to rethink what’s been thrown away.

EcoPinet began with a question – what if waste could plant something new? Alongside a small team of students, I helped transform discarded pineapple leaves into biodegradable, seed-infused paper packaging. It was both an experiment and a statement: that design can serve the planet as much as people. Seeing our prototype reach communities reminded me that leadership often means bringing ideas to life when no one else has tried.

2024 – Present <br | Art & Digital Media Education

Digital Art Club
Senior School, Shrewsbury International

  • Introduced new digital tools like Procreate into the club’s curriculum.

  • Taught students digital illustration and storytelling techniques.

  • Organized showcases to highlight students’ work and creative growth.”

Leadership in art means sharing the spark, not owning the flame.

Co-leading the Digital Art Club showed me how creative spaces can empower confidence. Teaching younger students digital design reminded me of how leadership can exist in small gestures – listening, explaining, celebrating. The club became a place where guidance and curiosity coexisted, and where leadership meant learning alongside others.

2021
Athletics & Teamwork

Girls Varsity Volleyball Team – Shrewsbury International

  • Represented the school in the FOBISIA regional tournament.

  • Trained regularly with the varsity team to develop communication and coordination.

Playing on the Girls Varsity Volleyball Team taught me more about teamwork than any classroom could. It was less about competition and more about rhythm – understanding how people move and think together. The court became a lesson in awareness, accountability, and timing – qualities that make any leader stronger.

Sometimes, leadership means being one steady voice in a room full of movement.
